WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
I service both Seattle Washington, and Phoenix Arizona - traveling between both states often. But I am always happy to travel anywhere you would like your story to be captured.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT?
I currently accept bank transfers, debit, or credit. You will be able to chose your payment method once you receive a link to your invoice.
WHAT DOES YOUR PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
Everyone's story and vision is different. That is why I like to get to know you as best as I can so that I can capture and tell a story that is true to you.
After booking your session, signing your contract, and paying your deposit, you will receive a questionnaire and a client guide. The questionnaire will be filled with questions to help me better understand the session you are envisioning, and to help me get to know you a bit better so I am able to craft a photoshoot unique to you. The client guide will be filled with tons of helpful tips to help you plan and prepare for your session. I am more than happy to help you every step of the way. After you book your session with me, we will discuss locations and I will assist you in coordinating outfits that go well with the environment of our location choice. After your session, when your photos are ready to be delivered, you will receive your gallery via your own password protected online gallery. From here you will be able to view, download, share, and even order prints.
For weddings and elopements, my presence is a bit more involved and we will have an initial consult along with many many emails and phone conversations along the way.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO BAD WEATHER?
Sometimes weather can be unpredictable, especially in Seattle. In the event that it is raining or stormy on the day of our session, you will have the option to postpone and reschedule our session to a different date. It will be moved to the soonest availability that works for us both.
If you chose to reschedule within 10 days of your session for any other reason than a rainout or state wide emergency, you will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?
Yes I do! When you receive the link to your completed gallery, there will be a professional printing service attached that you can order all types of prints through.
I also give you personal printing rights if you chose to download your images and get them printed elsewhere, I just cannot guarantee the quality of any other printing service.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
At the time of booking, a nonrefundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your total session fee and will not be refunded for any reason. If you end up needing to cancel or reschedule, you will need to contact me in writing within the contracted cancelation timeframe, otherwise your full payment will be forfeited.
